Building Singapore as a Regional Talent Hub
Q: You’ve contributed to Singapore’s development through your coaching and consulting. Can you share a key initiative?
A: Through New Bloom Consulting & Coaching, founded in 2024, I’ve positioned Singapore as a regional hub for international career development and HR consulting. My practice supports companies from China and Korea entering the Singapore market with strategic HR planning and talent development.
This directly supports Singapore’s role as a gateway for Asian business expansion. My coaching, grounded in cross-cultural leadership and a globally built career journey, creates deep trust and enables successful, cross-cultural career transitions, reinforcing Singapore’s identity as a strategic and human-centered global talent hub.
With a background in Nike Asia’s regional HR leadership, I help expatriates and multinationals navigate Singapore’s business landscape. The Seoul Global Career Series, launched from Singapore, is one example of how a Singapore-based business can expand regionally.
My work supports Singapore’s goals in talent attraction, enabling cultural integration, and advancing meaningful, future-ready careers.
Empowering Asia’s Workforce Through Purpose-Driven Coaching

Q: What unique perspective do you bring to support Singapore’s next phase of growth?
A: I bring a combination of deep HR expertise, intercultural leadership communication, and personal transformation. As Regional HR Business Partner for Nike’s Global Supply Chain and Korea, I led strategic talent initiatives, aligning global priorities with Asia’s talent needs.
My 3Cs framework—Clarity, Connection, Consistency—guides international professionals in navigating Singapore’s multicultural workforce with confidence. A life-defining chapter clarified my purpose and deepened the authenticity I bring to coaching. I help professionals redefine success and align with purpose—something increasingly relevant to Singapore’s younger workforce.
My coaching, shaped by cross-cultural insight and global work experience, builds trust and empowers professionals to lead authentically in diverse environments. My journey reflects Singapore’s values of resilience, inclusion, and purpose.
Q: How many professionals in Singapore have been impacted by your work?
A: I’ve supported close to 1,000 professionals across Singapore and Asia through coaching, strategic HR consulting, and career development programs.
I’ve worked with organizations including Nike, global financial institutions, and leading global luxury brands, ranging from startups to global brands. And professional development sessions through platforms like ICF Singapore, SG Catalyst, and APSS.
From leadership development to cultural integration, my work is rooted in empowering professionals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose, aligned with Singapore’s evolving workforce landscape.
Integrating Corporate Strategy with Authentic Coaching

Q: What sets your approach apart in a crowded field of coaches and consultants?
A: I blend corporate HR credibility with personal transformation. I’ve lived the challenges of global HR leadership and career reinvention across Asia and supported professionals navigating transitions in multinational environments.
My clients don’t just receive advice—they experience deep, culturally attuned coaching. Coaching across cultural contexts and in their native language creates trust and leads to more meaningful outcomes.
My 3Cs framework integrates clarity, emotional connection, and consistency to help multinational professionals break boundaries and build careers that are aligned, not just impressive.
Q: How do you stay relevant and current in your practice?
A: I stay active in the professional community through ICF Singapore, SG Catalyst, and I’m also part of the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN).
I invest in continuous education, including certifications from SMU and NUS. My work with international clients across sectors like tech and supply chain, finance, and luxury keeps me plugged into real-world challenges. I test and refine my framework constantly, using client feedback and measurable outcomes.
Expanding into Korea through the Seoul Global Career Series—and soon into China—also keeps me connected to broader regional trends. I also lead AI-focused workshops that help professionals stay visible and future-ready. My foundation in corporate HR gives me a perspective that’s both strategic and human.
