Over time, the topics that I conduct have become more dynamic. I facilitate lots of communication and management topics which tend to overlap. I travel quite frequently around the Asia-Pacific region conducting similar topics to MNCs and SME’s. Since the pandemic, virtual training sessions with a greater emphasis on digital tools and customised content are the norm now.

A: I found my IKIGAI! I was initially inspired by a passion for helping people grow and reach their potential. Over the years, that inspiration has deepened.
