Blending Tech, Storytelling, and Impact at Scale

Q: Describe a specific initiative or program you’ve led that has contributed to Singapore’s development in the past 5 years.
A: I lead MOA Digital Media, where we empower traditional SMEs and public figures with AI-enhanced video storytelling. In 2020, we produced impactful videos for Ministers from Jalan Besar GRC, combining 4K production with authentic narratives that resonated deeply with residents. Our work has driven sales, unlocked new markets, and elevated Singapore’s global brand.
Alongside that, I founded Ministry of Adventure, one of the Singapore’s largest organic sports community with over 6,000 members. Through activities like trail runs and corporate retreats, we promote active lifestyles and foster social cohesion, advancing Singapore’s goal to be a sports and wellness hub.
I also work with family businesses through Innovatifplus, helping the next generation align tradition with tech for regional growth.
The Voice of Brand Transformation for the Digital Economy
Q: What unique perspective or expertise do you bring that is particularly relevant to Singapore’s next chapter of growth?
A: I’ve transformed my own family’s steel manufacturing business by implementing digital strategies that unlocked regional markets within three months. That success became a blueprint I’ve applied to dozens of companies.
I combine fluency in English, Chinese, and Malay with a cross-cultural storytelling approach, ensuring brands communicate authentically across ASEAN markets. My STARS framework blends Social content, Teaching moments, Attraction marketing, Relatability, and Star-focused visibility.
Whether leading a 6,000-strong sports community or producing content for ministries and SMEs, I prioritize sustainable growth through digital innovation, AI tools, and real-time performance analytics. It’s about helping brands lead with relevance, resilience, and humanity.
Q: How many Singaporean professionals have you trained or influenced through your work?
A: Over 6,000 individuals through the Ministry of Adventure, and hundreds more through MOA Digital Media’s content and consulting.
Q: Which key Singapore-based organisations have you worked with recently?
A: MOA Digital Media, Panaflo Controls (Pantech Group), Ministry of Adventure.
Leading With Innovation, Scaling With Soul

Q: What sets you apart from other speakers/trainers in your field?
A: I built MOA Digital Media into a regional agency that integrates AI-driven tools with emotionally resonant storytelling. Our STARS framework consistently delivers ROI and long-term brand affinity. We’ve supported over 100 SMEs and non-profits, and created high-impact videos for government stakeholders. My approach isn’t just about visibility, it’s about impact, scalability, and social connection.
Q: How do you stay current and continuously evolve your craft?
A: We run in-house workshops, experiment with AI platforms, and collect real-time data across industries. I attend international marketing conferences, collaborate with tech partners, and lead content testing to refine what works across regions. Our edge comes from staying nimble, data-driven, and grounded in purpose.
