Q: What initiative have you led that directly contributes to Singapore’s development?
A: For future workforce, one of my proudest contributions has been leading the National Research Foundation’s Code-For-Fun Program as a trainer for schools. This initiative brings coding, robotics, and computational thinking to students at a young age—laying the foundation for digital confidence and creative problem-solving.
For current workforce, I’ve collaborated with Adobe and Prudential to enhance how professionals learn about AI, sales enablement, and future-ready communication. My content always focuses on Recency, Relevance, and Relatability—what I call the “Content RRR” principle. It’s not just about tech—it’s about transforming how people think, connect, and innovate.
Q: Why is your perspective especially important for Singapore’s future?
A: I bring a multicultural, multi-disciplinary lens. Having taught AI to educators and designed programs across sales, storytelling, and sustainability, I understand the diverse skillsets Singaporeans need. My core belief is that learners should feel excited about what they’re learning—and confident applying it.
As Singapore focuses on digital transformation, workforce development, and green innovation, I aim to make those goals tangible and inclusive through content design that blends technology with creativity and cross-domain relevance.

A: I’ve partnered with Adobe and Prudential. Each collaboration focused on future-proofing capabilities—be it through global town halls, sales enablement conferences, or AI training resources. These platforms allow me to scale impact while keeping the learning human and engaging.

A: My key offerings include:

A: I try to make learners feel great about themselves. I simplify concepts so they can take and run with it.
I’m known for designing learning activities that make people want to learn – and quickly apply them for best impact.
Q: How do you stay relevant and keep learning yourself?
A: I’m a lifelong explorer. I stay updated by testing AI tools in program design, assessment, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. I’m also constantly learning through projects like book writing, hackathons, and advanced certifications—ensuring my work reflects both local needs and global trends.
