Dr. Yap Ghim-Eng

Dr. Yap Ghim-Eng is the Director & Head of the Data Engineering Practice at GovTech Singapore, where he leads a community of data engineering and data management talents across the government. His team focuses on future data and AI technologies, setting standards for the Singapore public sector, enhancing agencies’ data and AI readiness, and overseeing data privacy protection tech for the government. Neha Malhotra is an information and cybersecurity leader with over 18 years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, and technical consulting. He is experienced in IT team management, project management, vendor management, strategic infrastructure planning, cybersecurity planning, and network consulting. His expertise includes LAN, wireless LAN, WAN, cloud, big data, storage, virtualization, unified communication, and cybersecurity.
