Shaping Singapore’s Workforce Through Human-Centered AI Training

Jude Lim and attendees wrap up a session on time management and productivity strategies.

Q: Describe a specific initiative or program you’ve led that has contributed to Singapore’s development in the past 5 years.

A: I’ve worked closely with Aventis Learning Group—one of Asia’s top corporate training providers—to deliver a wide range of executive development programs focused on leadership, digital transformation, sustainability, and AI integration.

Notable sessions include “People Performance Management for New Managers 3.0,” and the “Professional Certificate in AI Ethics & Governance in Action.” I’ve also participated in practical workshops like “ChatGPT & Beyond: 10 Must-Know AI Tools,” giving me direct experience with the generative AI tools shaping Singapore’s Smart Nation future.

Helping Leaders Embrace Technology and Lead Through Change

Q: What unique perspective or expertise do you bring that is particularly relevant to Singapore’s next chapter of growth?

A: My key strength lies in helping leaders and individuals overcome fear, especially fear of change, AI, and uncertainty. I design learning segments that reframe AI not as a threat, but as a powerful tool for future-readiness. Whether through eDISC assessments or conflict resolution coaching, I equip professionals with practical emotional agility, communication skills, and strategic thinking to thrive amid disruption.

I connect with professionals across all levels—C-suite to frontline—and guide them through career transitions, team conflicts, or leadership challenges with tools grounded in both neuroscience and storytelling. It’s about leading with clarity, courage, and context.

Q: How many Singaporean professionals have you trained or influenced through your work?

A: Over 10,000.

Q: Which key Singapore-based organisations have you worked with recently?

A: Aventis Learning Group, NTUC Learning Hub, AP Academy, HMIICA, ICA.

A: I dive deep into my clients’ lived realities and design training around their specific challenges. My sessions are not theoretical—I ensure every takeaway is actionable and aligned with the learner’s day-to-day environment. I bring clarity, realism, and a deep human touch that drives true transformation.

Q: How do you stay current and continuously evolve your craft?

A: I regularly attend industry courses, networking events, and coaching certifications to stay fresh. I also constantly challenge myself to reflect on what works and evolve my delivery based on real client feedback and shifting workplace needs.
