JAKARTA, 12 June 2026 — As workforce demands continue to evolve, job seekers increasingly need opportunities to continuously update their skills beyond formal training programs. According to Statistics Indonesia (BPS), South Jakarta recorded 59,725 unemployed individuals in the August 2024 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), highlighting the importance of strengthening employability and expanding access to relevant job opportunities.
To help address this challenge, PPKD Jakarta Selatan has partnered with Solve Education! in a collaborative program designed to strengthen workforce readiness among participants and alumni through digital self-paced learning. The initiative aims to help learners build relevant competencies, develop confidence, and remain prepared to respond to the evolving needs of industry.

Strengthening Workforce Readiness Through Continuous Learning
The collaboration combines digital learning, skills development, mentoring, and industry engagement to support participants and alumni in their journey from training to employment. Through the partnership, both organizations aim to strengthen the connection between competency development and access to livelihood opportunities.

The collaboration was signed on 22 May 2026 by Budi Karlia Setiyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., Head of PPKD Jakarta Selatan, and Talitha Amalia, Co-founder & COO of Solve Education!. The collaboration will run for three years.
Digital Learning, Mentorship, and Employability Support
Through this collaboration, Solve Education! will not only provide access to a learning platform but also deliver a series of employability programs designed to strengthen the workforce readiness of PPKD Jakarta Selatan participants and alumni. The program includes online learning through Edbot.ai, in-person skills-strengthening sessions, and mentoring with experts and industry practitioners.
Edbot.ai is a free web-based learning platform from Solve Education! that supports independent and continuous learning. The platform is designed to help participants build consistent learning habits through short modules, AI-assisted guidance, gamification elements, incentives, and access to a learning community. Through this approach, participants can continue developing their skills after formal training ends, according to their own learning pace.
Beyond access to Edbot.ai, PPKD Jakarta Selatan participants and alumni will also receive support in accessing relevant job opportunities. When their competencies match the needs of industry partners and employers within Solve Education!’s network, the placement process can be facilitated further.
Creating Pathways to Livelihood Opportunities
These efforts are designed to support long-term employability by strengthening skills, building workforce readiness, and creating clearer pathways toward livelihood opportunities. Through this collaboration, PPKD Jakarta Selatan and Solve Education! aim to strengthen the connection between training, competency development, industry engagement, and access to the world of work.
