MoveNow with Ecopower Resilient Future: From Learning to Action
Throughout the program, participants worked alongside mentors to observe issues in their surrounding environment, discuss possible solutions, and develop green campaigns that could continue beyond the program’s end.
MoveNow with Ecopower Resilient Future combines financial literacy, sustainability, resilience, and physical activity into an interactive and relevant learning experience. Through the program, participants are encouraged to understand the impact of everyday choices, strengthen collaboration, and build the confidence to create positive change.
Launched in January 2026 at Goethe-Institut Bandung, the program involved 25 young people with disabilities supported by mentors, partners, and CSR representatives. Participants then formed seven groups to develop green campaigns rooted in real issues within their communities.
Following Bandung, MoveNow with Ecopower Resilient Future will continue in Lombok to reach more young people. The program aims to help nurture a generation that is more empowered, innovative, and capable of delivering solutions to the social and environmental challenges around them.
“Every young person has the potential to become an agent of change, including people with disabilities. When given an inclusive space to learn, share ideas, and collaborate, they are able to deliver solutions that make a real impact on the environment and society. For Allianz Indonesia, sustainability means ensuring that more young people have the opportunity to grow and create positive change.” — Ni Made Daryanti, Chairperson of Yayasan Allianz Peduli

Final Thoughts: Inclusivity as a Foundation
The MoveNow with Ecopower Resilient Future program was designed from the outset to include people with disabilities as full participants, not as a separate group, but as an integral part of the learning and action ecosystem built together. The edbot.ai platform and mentoring methods were adapted to be accessible to all participants without barriers.
In addition, all in-person and online activities were supported by sign language interpreters (JBI) for Deaf participants, ensuring the learning experience could be enjoyed as comfortably as possible, free of communication barriers.
